Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information during booking
• Obtain necessary permissions for venues where required
• Ensure reasonable cooperation during photography sessions
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions

Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, graphics, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Philus Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchasing photography services does not transfer copyright ownership.

Usage Rights

• Clients receive personal-use rights unless a separate commercial licensing agreement is provided.
• Commercial use, resale, publication, or redistribution of images requires prior written permission.

Portfolio Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Philus Photography reserves the right to display photographs in portfolios, websites, exhibitions, competitions, promotional materials, and social media.

Payments and Online Orders

Our online order process is conducted by our reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our online orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. By making an online purchase, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms of Service.

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund Policy.
