Refund Policy

Our commitment to a fair and transparent refund process.

At Philus Photography, we strive to provide professional photography services and a positive client experience.

Booking Deposits

  • Booking deposits reserve a specific date and time and are generally not returned if the client cancels the session.
  • Exceptions may be granted at our discretion under special circumstances.

Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled session may be eligible for a partial refund of amounts paid above the booking deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session may not be eligible for a refund of session fees.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Rescheduling

  • Clients may request rescheduling subject to availability.
  • Approved rescheduling requests may allow transfer of booking payments to a new date.

Service Issues

If a service is not delivered as agreed due to circumstances within our control, we will review the situation and may provide:

  • A partial refund
  • A replacement session
  • Alternative compensation

The remedy offered will depend on the circumstances.

Event Photography

Refund requests relating to event coverage must be submitted within 14 days of image delivery so that we can review and respond promptly.

Online Digital Purchases

For digital products and downloads purchased through our online checkout, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your digital purchase, you may request a refund within that window.

Our online order process is conducted by our reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for these transactions. To request a refund for an online purchase, visit paddle.net with your order reference, or contact us and we will help you submit the request.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
